Join us for our first ever wine dinner at our beautiful tasting room in Elgin. The Chef Chic will be creating an amazing meal to go with our wines. In addition to a great pairing, the owners will be here to walk you through each pairing. The wines we’ll be pairing will also be available for purchase and take home with a special price just for that evening. To top off this evening you’ll get a chance to view the deep sky with our astronomer guest!

- Gathering time — Cheese & Crackers- 2016 Nebula Rose
- First Course — Potato saffron soup paired with Aurora-100% Viognier
- Second Course — Butter lettuce salad with blackberry, brie, and crispy shallots paired with Orbit-75% Grenache 25% Mourvedre
- Third Course — 6oz filet with creamy green peppercorn sauce fondant potatoes and vegetable ribbons paired with Gravity-75% Syrah 25% Petite Sirah
- Fourth Course — Chocolate raspberry dome–sponge cake stuffed with raspberry mousse glazed in dark chocolate ganache paired with Dark Matter-100% Malbec
